   How To Submit A Proposal
   
  There are two different ways by which an innovator can apply to TePP, namely Online Application and Offline Application. Detailed information about each of these processes is given below. If you intend to apply Online, click on the appropriate links given on the left hand side to read the detailed instructions before submitting the proposal.
   
  Details of Online Application
 
  Registration Process
   
  The Online Registration process requires the innovator to first register on this website with a username and password. Innovators are requested to use their Email id as the username. TePP will use this Email ID for further communication.
 
  Submit Proposal
   
 

The proposal submission process is devided into five sections, for convenience, as follows.

  • Section 1: Title sheet
  • Section 2: Proposal details
  • Section 3: Summary for referee
  • Section 4: Upload additional documents
  • Section 5: Preview & final confirmation

   1. Section 1 , Title sheet again devided into four subsections to enter applicant's personal details, contact details, educational details and employment details. Applicant has to upload image (jpg/jpeg) files of photograph,signature,residential proof etc in this section.

   2. In section 2 ,The applicant has to enter the proposal details. This section is devided into four subsections and applicant can save the entered details in between.

   3. In section 3 , applicant has to enter some details about the proposal for referee's reviewal purpose.

   4. The online application can be completed in one or more sessions by revisiting the website using the userid and password. At each login, the applicant will see the section-wise status of the application.

   5. The applicant has to enter each section for filling the application. After filling each section the applicant has to save the section using the save button. The applicant can edit and view any section filled in earlier.

   6. Before attempting to upload images, the applicant must have the image files ready and available for upload to this website. Detailed instructions about the acceptable image file formats/size are given in the corresponding pages.

   7. If there are any other documents to support the proposal , applicant can upload those files in section 4.

   8. The applicant can preview the complete application in section 5 and to confirm it by pressing the confirm button. No changes can be made after confirmation.

 
  Application Acceptance
   
  On successfully submitting the proposal, TePP will allot a unique Application number to the applicant and issue an Acknoledgement.The acknowledgement will be also sent via email.

   1. The filled in TePP application form and enclosures should either be mailed (only by Registered Post/Speed Post) or handed over personally to the nearest Outreach center.

   2. Addresses of Outreach centers are given in the main page

   3. The applicant should submit the application to only ONE of the outreach centers.
